2005 Mercedes-Benz R230 SL350

HISTORY:

This beautifully-preserved 2005 R230 SL350 comes from an SL Collection in Yorkshire, where it sits next to an R129 which was the previous SL range.

Kept in a heated garage, with super-low mileage, this R230 has very few previous owners and the full book pack, service records and spare keys.

It has been very little use over the past years, so it still has its factory fresh look. The bodywork is unmarked; the interior is like-new – almost looks as if it’s done zero miles!

Everything feels crisp and like it was built yesterday. Sits nicely on AMG wheels which fill the arches and give it a broader stance.

Everything works as it should with metal folding roof and heated seats for those winter driving days. It has the classic colour of Teal Blue Metallic, which is not a colour you see on this model.  

The headlights and engine bay are just like new.

This is a fabulous touring model with everything at a touch of the button: with plenty of boot-space to take the cases!

WHY BUY?

The R230 SLs maybe didn’t capture the limelight like their predecessor the R129s did, but don’t underestimate this model.

It has glamour and style in its own right, and is a very capable model for the modern SL owner who wants comfort, style and a lot of SL for their money.

This is a very low mileage example: once seen, it will be hard to resist!
